School health assessments were carried out in collaboration with the local clinics in schools to check on children’ health and encourage immunization. The children found suffering from certain diseases where referred to the local clinics and hospitals. Most of the diseases which children are found suffering from, includes, bilharzia, ringworms, septic sores, rush, malnutrition, dental carries, chest pains, among others. Therefore, after every health assessments parents are urged to exercise good health practise and nurture their children.
